Hey y’all! Fall is in full swing and that means the holidays will be here before we know it. And we all know what happens at the holidays….the annual TOYS FOR TROOPS BASH at The American Legion in Hollywood hosted by yours truly!
This will be our SEVENTEENTH YEAR! Those of you who have been before know it’s a great time for great cause! So for those of you who haven’t been WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!
Here’s the deal. All you have to do is bring a new unwrapped gift for a Veteran in need and we will handle the rest! Now, I know it’s called TOYS FOR TROOPS but it is actually not a toy drive (although we accept those as well) this is more for our Veterans. If you’re wondering what some good donations are here are a few suggestions.
Men’s Clothing. Women’s clothing. Toiletries. New Shoes. Pajamas. Hoodies. Homewares (towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc) to name a few.
In appreciation for your donations we are gonna have FREE DEEP DISH PIZZA from our friends at Masa Bakery in Echo Park, drink specials, football, and of course THE INFAMOUS HALFTIME GHETTO WINE RAFFLE!!! Check out the flyer for all the details. SEE YOU THERE ON DECEMBER 13TH!
